Step 4: Chop the ginger and get rid of the outer-skin of garlic as the picture shows
Step 5: Put down a pot and set the fire to maximum. When the pot is totally warm and you can feel the heat as you put you hand above the pot. Pour some oils in. Add a little bit more than you used to put.
Step 6: When the oil is warmed as well. Add some salt (5 grams) and all the garlics.
Step 7: when the garlics are fried. Put broccoli in. Add some more oil if it's not enough. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Then pour everything out. Don't clean the pot. There are definitely still some oil inside.
Step 8: Add a little bit more oil into the pot. Then put the gingers and meat in. add 5 gram salts.
Step 9: Cook 5 minutes and add all broccoli into the pot.
Step 10: Put some soy sauce in. Then cook for another 5 minutes.

Yeah. I am a chinese too. It looks already pretty good as a ordinary chinese dish.
My husband and I love this recipe and have made it many times. I am a big lover of broccoli for it is high in vitamin C, as well as dietary fiber; it also contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties. So, I personally find it to be fantastic! I have subbed light soy in the past without a problem. Thanks for sharing this recipe in this site.
