About my Blog

Hi everyone. I am an IB student in Denmark. There is a special course in the IB programme, which is called CAS. It demands their candidates to do something for the society all around the world. And as I have cooked chinese food for 2 years, I decided to make a cooking tutorial blog. I will keep uploading here regularly, and I wish, that this blog can bring new gastronomic experiences to a lot of people. :D.

Broccoli meat

So this week. I am going to show how to cook broccoli meat! Just like the its name. It's a combination between broccoli and meat. This is also a fast dish. You need approximately 15 minutes to 20 minutes to make it. The knack to make this dish is putting enough oil for broccoli. If there isn't enough oil. Broccoli won't have a taste.

Materials that you need: Broccoli. (of course) x 1. Pork 400g (as picture). Garlic 1 bulb. some ginger. Soy sauce!

Step 1: Ya... Wash all the materials!!

Step 2: Cut the meat into really thin strips.

Step 3: Cut the broccoli. Remember to cut them into small pieces. It will let the tastes get into the broccolis easier and faster

Step 4: Chop the ginger and get rid of the outer-skin of garlic as the picture shows

Step 5: Put down a pot and set the fire to maximum. When the pot is totally warm and you can feel the heat as you put you hand above the pot. Pour some oils in. Add a little bit more than you used to put.

Step 6: When the oil is warmed as well. Add some salt (5 grams) and all the garlics.

Step 7: when the garlics are fried. Put broccoli in. Add some more oil if it's not enough. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Then pour everything out. Don't clean the pot. There are definitely still some oil inside.

Step 8: Add a little bit more oil into the pot. Then put the gingers and meat in. add 5 gram salts.

Step 9: Cook 5 minutes and add all broccoli into the pot.

Step 10: Put some soy sauce in. Then cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 11: Enjoy!

My husband and I love this recipe and have made it many times. I am a big lover of broccoli for it is high in vitamin C, as well as dietary fiber; it also contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties. So, I personally find it to be fantastic! I have subbed light soy in the past without a problem. Thanks for sharing this recipe in this site.
